Production Lead – Paper Division

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Production Lead for our Paper Division in Jeddah. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and leading the production team to achieve operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day production activities in the paper division
• Ensure production targets, deadlines, and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Monitor machine performance, output efficiency, and downtime
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain teams
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff
• Prepare production reports and performance analysis

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in paper manufacturing or packaging industry
• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery
• Ability to manage teams and optimize workflows
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of safety standards and industrial practices

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Management / Relevant field
• Technical certifications will be an advantage

Additional Requirements

• Must be currently based in Jeddah or willing to relocate within Saudi Arabia
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
