Requirements:

• Previous experience in managing production lines
• Experience in the restaurants and cafés industry is required
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and make decisions

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production line operations
• Manage and supervise the production team
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Monitor inventory and raw materials
• Improve efficiency and reduce waste
