Production Machine Operator (Dairy & Cheese Industry)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Production Machine Operator specialized in the dairy and cheese manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient processing, packaging, and quality standards in accordance with food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor dairy and cheese production machines (filling, sealing, mixing, packaging, etc.).
• Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently with minimal downtime.
• Adjust machine settings to meet product specifications and production targets.
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Inspect products during production to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Report technical issues, breakdowns, or abnormalities to the maintenance team or supervisor.
• Follow HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain accurate production records, including output, waste, and machine performance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the production department.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a machine operator in a dairy or cheese factory.
• Strong knowledge of dairy production processes and packaging equipment.
• Familiarity with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Good physical condition and ability to work in a production environment.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
• Basic English communication skills are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operating cheese processing machines (mozzarella, labneh, yogurt, etc.).
• Technical certification in mechanical or industrial operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of automated filling and packaging lines.
