Production Manage

We are looking for a Production Manager to oversee daily factory operations and make sure production runs smoothly, safely, and on time. The Production Manager will be responsible for planning production, managing workers, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily production activities in the factory
• Plan production schedules and make sure targets are met
• Monitor workers’ performance and assign tasks
• Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with maintenance to keep machines running properly
• Control production costs and reduce waste
• Ensure health and safety rules are followed at all times
• Report production progress and issues to management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in factory or production management
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position
• Based in a factory environment
• May require working shifts depending on production needs
