Position Summary

The Production Manager will oversee daily field operations, managing a crew of 30–35 field technicians. This role ensures jobs are completed on time, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The Production Manager will coordinate labor, materials, and schedules, while maintaining clear communication with leadership, project managers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and support a team of 30–35 roofing field technicians.
  • Oversee scheduling, production planning, and project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, company safety policies, and industry standards.
  • Maintain quality control and resolve issues on-site quickly and effectively.
  • Coordinate with project managers and office staff on materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Track production goals, labor hours, and equipment utilization.
  • Coach, train, and evaluate crew performance.
  • Ensure job completion meets company quality and client expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between field staff and management.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in a production, field operations, or supervisory role (roofing or construction preferred).
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large crews.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English proficiency preferred.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with roofing systems (TPO, membranes, welding) and construction safety standards.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or trade school a plus.
  • Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $78,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
