Overview:
We're looking for a Production Manager to join our team!

As a Production Manager for Esler Companies - Renewal by Andersen you'll be responsible for managing and driving the process of continuous improvement for the back-office team including: Order Processors, Production Admins and Administrative Assistants. You'll provide full support to the team by maintaining a positive attitude to inspire and motivate all teammates in the Operations Department.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming customer calls, either assist customers or get them to appropriate party.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues with project resolution.
  • Manage and assist Order Processors with product ordering of 900 – 2000 units per week.
  • Manage and assist Administrative Assistant with RTO of orders, incoming calls, supply ordering and stocking of supply areas as well as assisting other team members with items they are in need of assistance.
  • Manage Production Admins to make sure they have all they need to obtain and audit Sales Contracts, HOA approvals and Permit submissions.
  • Manage product delivery units per truck to include back orders and change ship dates.
  • Update Enabled + and shared drive with accurate data to assist others with customer data, resolution and needed notes.
  • Oversee and manage the RTO report with Order Fulfillment team and RTO to process and send contracts to Installation Department.
  • Update and maintain Job in Progress report for job completion.
  • Constant communication with Senior Management, Accounting, Sales team, QA Team, etc. via phone and/or email.
  • Work closely with Installation Production Manager to accurately record Installer Certificates of Insurance.
  • Systems Management.
  • Approve all Operations payroll in UltiPro system as well as bonus reporting for Operations and IM teams.
  • Manage internal IT processes and Verizon accounts.
  • Manage Fleet System accounts and processes.
  • Manage relationship with material Vendors and material inventory.
  • Manage building facilities maintenance.
  • Work with Sales Leaders regarding pricing, sales contracts and ProVia systems.
  • Create better process and systems for Operations Team.
  • Build strong Operations relationships, help keep teammates feel appreciated and valued.
  • Performing Interviews, Goal setting meetings, Job Performance Reviews, Counseling’s, and overall wellbeing of staff.
  • Assist General Manager and Assistant General Manager with other duties that may be assigned.
  • Successfully partner with other Senior Management groups along with other RbA personnel to achieve company goals.
  • Accurate and timely reporting reflecting daily/weekly activities to General Manager and Assistant General Manager.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities including the ability to work and motivate a team.
  • 4-year Business Administration college degree preferred.
