Production Manager

• Responsible for managing, supervising, and improving plastic injection and assembly processes to achieve production targets and enhance process efficiency
• Monitor daily production planning and ensure its proper implementation
• Ensure production lines operate in accordance with defined quality, quantity, and delivery targets
• Lead the launch of new projects and engineering changes in the responsible production lines
• Work in coordination with support departments such as Logistics, Maintenance, and Quality
• Monitor and report production process performance (OEE)
• Manage activities to reduce production costs, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement
• Prepare weekly and monthly production reports and present them to senior management
• Organize personnel management, shift schedules, and task distribution
• Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
• Supervise adherence to quality standards and resolve quality-related issues

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering)
• Minimum 7 years of managerial experience in the plastic injection and assembly industry
• Fluency in English
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and quality management systems
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office programs
