Production Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Production Manager to oversee daily operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring safety standards, supervising estimators and project managers, managing inventory, and more. This leadership role requires strong organizational skills, industry experience, and the ability to manage staff to meet production goals efficiently.

Duties

• Supervise and coordinate all production staff and job schedules
• Train employees and oversee the operation of all restoration equipment as well as forklifts, power tools, and hand tools to ensure safety and efficiency
• Manage inventory levels, materials handling, and storage within the warehouse setting
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with all other internal management teams to optimize production workflows
• Maintain accurate documentation related to each job production schedule, equipment maintenance, and inventory records

Skills

• Extstensive Xactimate knowledge
• Proven experience working in the restoration industry with a strong understanding of operations
• Mechanical and hands-on experience and knowledge related to equipment, machinery, and tools used in this industry
• Experience with inventory management and logistics coordination
• Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a focus on safety and quality standards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent communication skills for training staff and collaborating across departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
