We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead operations in our frozen food manufacturing facility. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, process discipline, and a deep understanding of food safety and automation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily and weekly production schedules based on demand forecasts.
  • Supervise production lines to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
  • Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Procurement teams to secure smooth operations.
  • Monitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Prepare reports on performance, output, and compliance metrics.
  • Enforce strict health and safety regulations across all production areas.


Candidate Requirements:

Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as HACCP, ISO, or Six Sigma are highly preferred.

Experience :

  • Minimum 5 years in production management within the food industry, preferably frozen food manufacturing.
  • Proven record managing automated production and packaging lines.
  • Strong understanding of food safety and quality control systems.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in production planning, process optimization, and data-driven efficiency improvements.
  • Experience using ERP systems and production management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Leadership & Management:

  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Excellent time management and resource allocation.
  • Effective cross-department coordination.

Languages:

  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
