Key Accountabilities:

Ensure safe working environment and compliance with HSE standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Implement and maintain production discipline, 5S, Lean initiatives, and Standard Operating Procedures across all shifts.

Plan, schedule, and monitor production operations to achieve targets, optimize resources, and reduce bottlenecks.

Supervise, train, and develop production personnel; conduct performance assessments and manage team growth.

Oversee manufacturing processes including wire drawing, stranding, extrusion (PVC, LDPE, HDPE, XLPE), armoring, and related operations.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, yield, and product quality.

Monitor and maintain product standards, quality control programs, and production parameters.

Manage equipment maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend facility or machinery improvements.

Collect, review, and analyze production data and reports to support performance enhancement and decision-making.

Control production costs, improve profitability, and contribute to departmental objectives.

Build collaborative relationships across functions to drive ideas and improvements in manufacturing operations.
Qualification & Education:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
Years of Experience:
10–15 years of proven experience in production, manufacturing operations, or plant management, with strong leadership and team management skills.
Technical Skills
: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems, production planning, and data-driven decision-making is highly desirable.
Additional Qualifications:
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management are a plus.
