Production Manager

Job description

Responsible for planning in detail for production and seeing that the process is carried out with quality and efficiency.

Candidate to oversee daily production activities, ensure product quality and efficiency, and maintain a safe and well-organized workplace. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and hands-on experience with production machinery and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the production team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations in line with company standards.
• Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
• Oversee machine maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs and preventive upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Implement and ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and company policies.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet production goals.
• Review and analyze production data for continuous improvement in efficiency and output.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless coordination.
• Train, motivate, and develop the production staff to build a high-performing team

Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

-Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

-Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery operations, and maintenance planning.

-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Familiarity with ISO / GMP / quality standards and SOP-driven operations.

-Strong focus on productivity, efficiency, and team management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
