Production Manager

Job Title: Production Manager / Factory Manager – Joinery

We are seeking an experienced Production / Factory Manager to lead and manage large-scale joinery projects from planning through execution. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in joinery manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and the ability to optimize factory operations while delivering high-quality projects within budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end production of large and complex joinery projects.
• Plan, organize, and optimize factory floor layout, workflows, and manpower.
• Develop production schedules and ensure timely execution of all projects.
• Manage large project budgets, material planning, cost control, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate closely with design, drafting, procurement, and site teams.
• Ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and best manufacturing practices are maintained.
• Lead, train, and manage production supervisors, foremen, and factory staff.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager / Factory Manager in a joinery or carpentry manufacturing environment.
• Strong background in handling high-value, large-scale joinery projects.
• Excellent skills in production planning, factory layout optimization, and workflow management.
• Demonstrated experience managing large budgets and tight project timelines.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of modern joinery machinery, materials, and finishes is essential.
