A production manager is responsible for overseeing the production process of (Bakery, Baladi & Fresh Facility) and coordinating production activities and operations. Lead day-to-day tasks such as budgeting, transportation/facilitation, and scheduling.


Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensures that manufacturing equipment and tools function properly and increase an organization’s efficiencies.

• Make sure production processes stay within budgets and deadlines, and review the productivity of an organization’s manufacturing equipment.

• Lead the production process (Bakery, Baladi & Fresh Facility) and coordinate all activities to ensure enough resources on hand.

• Responsible for all the manufacturing-related activities in (Bakery, Baladi & Fresh Facility), including planning, coordinating, and controlling all the steps in the production process to make sure products are delivered on time and within the budget.

• Leads and develops the people and processes associated with multiple manufacturing areas or value streams and ensures the achievement of manufacturing goals related to Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, and Morale.

• Oversees the manufacturing process and ensures it aligns with the production schedule and budget.

• Ensuring all safety and health standards are met to keep an organization accident-free.

• Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production.

• Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime.

• Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations.

• Setting productivity goals for each manufacturing team.

• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.


REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven experience as Production Manager +10 years.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in maintaining accurate records.
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate effective collaboration with the operations.
  • Ability to analyze and track resource availability for efficient team allocation.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for production management and communication is a plus.
  • Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a proactive approach to ensure smooth operations.
