Production Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Scheduling:

• Oversee and manage daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Plan and execute production schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage.
• Demonstrate strong forecasting ability for planning materials, resources, and production capacity.
• Prepare accurate production reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Operations Management:

• Maintain strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
• Monitor production KPIs and implement process improvements for enhanced performance.
• Ensure proper maintenance and optimum utilization of equipment and resources.
• Enforce compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Coordination & Communication:

• Coordinate closely with Projects, Procurement, QA/QC, Maintenance, QHSE, and Logistics teams.
• Interact with stakeholders and clients to ensure production aligns with project expectations.

Production Execution & Troubleshooting:

• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure timely delivery of precast products.
• Implement corrective actions to resolve delays, quality concerns, or operational inefficiencies.
• Ensure all production activities comply with company standards and project specifications.

Quality Assurance:

• Maintain strict adherence to quality requirements throughout the production process.
• Support QA/QC teams in inspections, testing, and documentation.
• Address any non-conformities or defects promptly and effectively.

Resource & Equipment Management:

• Ensure optimum use of plant equipment, molds, and machinery.
• Monitor material availability and coordinate timely replenishment to avoid production delays.

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and support the production team in achieving operational targets.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure team members are trained, equipped, and aligned with operational goals.
• Plan and execute production schedules, manpower deployment, and material usage.
• Demonstrate strong forecasting ability for planning materials, resources, and production capacity.
• Prepare accurate production reports and analyze data to support decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum10 years of UAE/GCC experience as a Production Manager in the precast, or construction industries(mandatory).
• PMP certification or a Master’s degree in a related field is a plus.
• Membership in a recognized engineering society (e.g., Society of Engineers UAE) is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of precast manufacturing processes, production systems, and equipment.
• Solid understanding of production planning, optimization techniques, and quality systems.
• Proven leadership qualities with strong team management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong understanding of HSE standards and industry best practices.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
