We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Beverage Plant Production Manager to join our team in Tekirdağ Çorlu Plant. The individual will directly report to Plant Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct Production functions in the plant including production team leaders, production shift supervisors, data analyst and raw material warehouse operations,
• Ensure all the production team to act in compliance with PepsiCo code of conduct, ethics and company/plant rules, ensure any actions to be taken related in order to comply with these rules,
• Managing the Direct Labor and POH budgets by ensuring spending’s met on target
• Managing headcount in production department
• Assuring best optimal production plan is scheduled for each week with minimum possible DL cost
• Ensuring the production of right products in the right time with the right amount to be in accordance with the weekly production schedule
• Managing the preparation of all reports including cost, efficiency, plant scorecard, etc.
• Taking role in full plant agenda for the interaction with the production plan
• Ensuring efficient production runs on all categories
• Ensuring food safety on all production lines
• Ensuring people safety on all production lines
• Track Performance in raw materials yields (plastic and crown caps, preform and pet bottle, can, glass bottle, label, shrink, stretch etc) and line efficiencies
• Minimize scheduled and unscheduled downtimes to maximize production throughput
• Supporting R&D for new product trials and launchings
• Leading new line commissioning in all production lines
• Managing the production department related capex projects and cashflow
• Managing bottling and packaging projects
• Planning trainings for production department
• Leading the Plant QCDM Scorecard
• Communication with other plants to share best practices
• Arranging the support to the other region plants in line commissioning and trainings where needed
• Leading productivity and supporting recon program
• Meeting the requirements of GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System documentation related with in his/her area of responsibility
• Provide support to her/his staff to attend necessary trainings.
• Participating in regular meetings with plant management to discuss quality &food safety and track the meeting actions related to own responsibility
• Reports the issues that are detected on AIB, FSSC, GMP, Product Safety, Hygiene and Food Defense programs to the relevant responsible personnel
• Reporting problems related to food safety management system to designated responsible personnel
• Knowing and fully complying the PepsiCo Quality and Food Safety Policy
• Ensure that all the necessary actions are taken to enable the continuity and improvement of the system requirements GEHSMS and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System (EMS)
• Knowing and fully complying with the PepsiCo Environmental Occupational Health and Safety Policy,
• Ensuring that actions are taken by making risk notifications
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Over 8 years of experience in relevant roles
• Proven experience in budget management, production planning, and beverage production & bottling operations
• Fluency in English and Turkish (both written and verbal)
• Strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal communication
• Ability to effectively coordinate and organize design projects and cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated leadership capability with a track record of driving results
• Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
