Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production.
• Manage production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Implement quality control processes and quality assurance measures across production lines.
• Lead and develop the production team to enhance productivity and skill levels.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the bedding or furniture industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methods.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in production planning software and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Male.
• 35 to 45 years of age.
• Saudi or Lebanese national.
