Applicants must enjoy interacting closely with their team members to complete tasks such as providing hands-on, effective training to team members. THIS IS NOT AN OFFICE / DESK JOB. This is an active management job where you will be on your feet, walking, reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling etc. Our ideal candidate would have a friendly & professional demeanor. Past leadership experience is required. If your leadership/management experience is in a food-related field, that is a plus. If you are bi-lingual (English-Spanish) this skill would also be a huge plus for us, but is not a requirement. This position requires the ability to work 50-60 hours per week.

Duties Include but would not be limited to:

• Working alongside your employees to ensure SOP's (including quality & safety standards) are being met
• Circling through existing staff to cross-train (or re-train) on skills
• Effective communication with the staff as well as upper management
• Supervising staff in accordance with the operational standards, procedures and policies outlined in our company Handbook
• Following a daily plan/schedule that is provided by upper management
• Effectively re-arrange staff throughout the day to cover breaks, lunches, and/or call-outs
• Maintaining cleanliness & safety during the shift
• Assisting with hiring, on-boarding & training new team members as needed
• Implementing new systems as approved by upper management
