Demonstrate an inclusive environment that embraces differences Responsibilities: 1. Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules 2. Lead, train, and hold accountable a 5-person production team 3. Oversee warehouse activities: receiving, storage, dispatch, stock accuracy 4. Oversee inventory and ensure accuracy within the ERP system 5. Maintain quality standards and support ISO/QMS compliance 6. Oversee equipment maintenance planning in line with the EQMS 7. Coordinate with Melbourne HQ on shared orders and inventory 8. Report weekly: output, defects, schedule adherence, team performance 9. Set weekly goals and submit activity reports via the company HR platform Your KPIs Metric Target Production Schedule Adherence 90% orders on time Output Quality < 2% defect/rework rate Team Performance 100% team compliance with weekly reporting Safety Zero incidents Reporting 100% weekly reports, accurate data Working Conditions • Manufacturing/warehouse environment • Monday–Saturday • Extended hours during peak periods when required

Requirements
What you will bring to the role: • 3+ years production management, planning, supervisory role in manufacturing • Led teams of 5–15 people • ERP system experience (production planning & stock control) • Microsoft 365 • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Can read BOMs, technical specs, and production documentation • UAE driving licence (or willing to obtain) Preferred • Electronics, LED, lighting, or AV manufacturing background • ISO 9001 / QMS experience • Lean manufacturing exposure • Knowledge of UAE workplace health and safety regulations • Arabic language skills Who You Are • Hands-on — you lead from the floor, not a desk • Accountable — you own outcomes and escalate early • Organised — you plan ahead and follow through • Direct — clear instructions, accurate reporting
