We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to lead and manage production operations in our Apparel & Boxing Gloves manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control production operations
• Ensure production targets are achieved on time
• Manage production teams, supervisors, and line leaders
• Ensure product quality standards and production efficiency
• Coordinate with PPC, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Quality departments
• Monitor production costs, wastage, and efficiency
• Implement process improvements and productivity enhancement
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Management / Business
• 6–10 years of production experience in Apparel or Gloves Manufacturing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production planning, line balancing, and efficiency
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
