To strengthen our operations in Doha, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee manufacturing processes and ensure operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Production Manager will be responsible for managing production operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring product quality. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards.
• Develop and implement production strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams.
• Manage budgets, resources, and production schedules effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor production staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on production performance and risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale manufacturing operations.
• Strong knowledge of production systems, lean manufacturing, and quality control.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Pay: Up to QAR18,000.00 per month
