Production Manager

*Major Tasks:

• Achieve daily and monthly production targets efficiently.
• Improve productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manpower utilization.
• Ensure production quality and operational workflow efficiency.
• Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and logistics departments.

*Required Experience:

• Strong experience in production planning, machine utilization, and productivity systems.
• Experience in OEE reports, downtime analysis, and quality performance indicators.
• Ability to control production cost, labor productivity, and shift operations.
• Experience in factory reporting systems and process improvement.
• Experience in EPS, plastics, packaging, food, or related industrial sectors is preferred.

*General Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• 6-8 Years Experience Required
• Strong leadership, reporting, communication, and team management skills.
• ERP knowledge (Dynamics 365 / SAP) is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure within industrial manufacturing environment.
• Fluent English communication preferred.
• Local hiring only – Transferable Kuwait Visa 18 is mandatory.
