Production Manager – Aluminum Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented professional to lead our aluminum production operations and ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across all processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aluminum production operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.

Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet company targets and deadlines.

Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance performance and reduce costs.

Ensure product quality meets company and industry standards.

Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Lead and manage production teams, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare reports on production performance and suggest strategic improvements.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of proven experience in aluminum production.

Mandatory experience within the United Arab Emirates (applications without UAE experience will not be considered).

Strong knowledge of aluminum manufacturing processes and production systems.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
