GRC Production

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled GRC/GRG Production Foreman to join our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate must have deep technical knowledge of GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) and GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum) production processes, from mold making to final finishing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mold Making: Expertise in creating, preparing, and maintaining various types of molds (GRP, Silicone, Timber, and Rubber).
• Mixing & Casting: Full knowledge of material mixing ratios (cement, chemicals, and glass fibers) to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Finishing: Supervising and performing high-quality finishing, sanding, and repair of GRC/GRG elements.
• Team Supervision: Managing a team of workers, distributing tasks, and ensuring production deadlines are met.
• Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet project specifications and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Strong technical background in Mold fabrication and Spray-up/Hand lay-up techniques.
• Expertise in Mixing & Material Ratios: Full knowledge of precise mixing ratios for cement, aggregates, chemical additives, and glass fibers. Ensuring consistent material quality and minimizing waste through accurate measurement and supervision of the mixing process.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Location: Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
