Production Manager - Automotive Parts Manufacturing - 34476

An automotive parts manufacturing company near the La Salle, IL area is looking for a Production Manager. You will oversee the production team & manage department schedules. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading high volume teams within an industrial environment.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401 (K), paid holidays & vacation.

Responsibilities:

· Manage production department schedules

· Manage customer & vendor logistics

· Handle vendor negotiations

· Manage inventory control systems

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

. At least 5-10 years in Manufacturing Planning

· Leadership & Organizational experience within manufacturing environment (large volume teams is preferred)

· Computer Experience (Office, Word, Excel, Access)

. Able to intermittently sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, kneel, crouch & lift up to 30 pounds
