Job Title: Production Manager

Industry: Restaurant & Bakery
Location: [Madurai]
Experience: 5–8 Years (in food production/bakery operations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in the restaurant and bakery.
  • Ensure timely preparation and delivery of bakery and kitchen items as per demand.
  • Maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards in line with company recipes.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with the purchase team for requirements.
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are strictly followed.
  • Manage and train production staff, assign tasks, and ensure smooth shift operations.
  • Control production costs, minimize wastage, and ensure optimal utilization of materials and manpower.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service teams to meet daily and special order requirements.
  • Maintain production records, batch sheets, and reports.
  • Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Food Technology, or Bakery & Confectionery.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or bakery production management.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety (FSSAI) and HACCP standards preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
