The Role

You will work closely with Product and Business Leadership to shape and execute Razorpay’s strategic priorities — both long-term and short-term. Leading a high-agency team, you will drive horizontal initiatives across the entire product suite, from identifying new growth opportunities to strengthening strategic planning, investor storytelling, and execution excellence.


What You’ll Do


Product & Business Strategy

  • Partner with product leaders to define and drive product and business strategy
  • Lead market research, competitive analysis, and new product discovery
  • Build investment theses and execution plans for Razorpay’s entry into new domains

Portfolio Deep-Dives

  • Own long-term strategy for the existing product portfolio — GTM, PMF, scale-up, and new-build opportunities
  • Identify high-impact product bets aligned with Razorpay’s strategic north star

Horizontal Programs & Cross-Functional Missions

  • Drive cross-product initiatives across compliance, user experience, GTM excellence, and AI
  • Align vertical and horizontal teams to ensure unified execution

Investor Relations & External Communication

  • Craft compelling investor narratives that articulate Razorpay’s product vision
  • Support investor demos, deep dives, and product-led storytelling

Execution & Governance

  • Lead annual and long-range strategic planning with product and business heads
  • Enable org-wide OKR creation and alignment
  • Establish governance and execution mechanisms to ensure strategy converts into outcomes

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in Product Strategy, Tier-1 Consulting, Chief of Staff, or Corporate Strategy
  • Strong problem-solving ability with comfort navigating ambiguity
  • Proven stakeholder management and influence across functions and levels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication — clear, concise, persuasive
  • High ownership, action-orientation, and ability to switch between high-level strategy and detailed execution
  • Fintech/payments/neobanking experience is a plus
