Job Title: Production Manager – Block Factory

Job Summary:

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all production activities at the block factory to ensure efficient operations, high-quality output, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role focuses on optimizing productivity, managing manpower and machinery, reducing waste, and meeting production targets within cost and time constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities in the block factory.
• Ensure production targets are met according to approved schedules and quality standards.
• Manage raw materials, batching processes, curing, and storage of blocks.
• Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with UAE standards and project specifications.
• Control production costs, minimize wastage, and improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise production staff, including operators, supervisors, and laborers.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams for material availability and delivery schedules.
• Prepare production reports, manpower schedules, and performance analyses.
• Train and develop production staff to enhance skills and productivity.
• Handle operational issues and resolve production-related challenges promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in a block factory or concrete products manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of block manufacturing processes, machinery, and batching plants.
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC is an advantage.
