Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to lead our Carpentry Division. The ideal candidate will come from a carpentry background, preferably with ancestral roots in the craft, and combine traditional expertise with modern management skills. This role requires overseeing a workforce of approximately 200 employees, ensuring operational efficiency, quality standards, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the Carpentry Division.
• Supervise, motivate, and develop a workforce of 200 carpentry professionals.
• Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet client requirements.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align production with overall business goals.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare regular reports on production performance, workforce management, and resource utilization.
• Represent the division in client meetings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, preferably from a family background with ancestral expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in carpentry production management, with at least 5 years in the GCC region.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of modern carpentry techniques, tools, and production processes.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.

Compensation

• Salary: QAR 7,000 – 8,000 (Full Package)
