Production Manager (Engineer)

Job Description:-

The Production Manager (Engineer) will lead and oversee all aspects of the production workflow and engineering operations at Synergy Corporation. This role ensures efficient production of power equipment (e.g., generators, power systems, enclosures), adherence to quality standards, optimized workflows, and safe, timely delivery of products and services. The Production Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and support operational excellence aligned with company goals.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or production engineering roles.
• Prior experience in heavy equipment, power systems, or generator manufacturing/assembly is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage detailed production plans to meet customer demand, quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate production scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning for efficient outputs.
• Monitor day-to-day production activities, addressing issues to prevent delays or downtime.
• Lead production engineering tasks, including process design, improvement, and technical problem-solving.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement (e.g., reduce waste, optimize workflows).
• Collaborate with technical teams (design, quality, maintenance) to enhance production methods and outcomes
• Ensure products and processes meet internal quality standards and industry requirements.
• Maintain compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all production areas.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
