Position: Production Manager – Engineering (UAE)
Location: United Arab Emirates
Industry: Tents & Tensile Shade Structures | Construction | Steel & Aluminium Fabrication | Related Industrial Sectors
Salary Range: AED 6,000 – AED 8,000
Experience Required: 3–7 years in a similar role within the UAE or GCC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering (mandatory)
• Professional Background: Demonstrated experience in overseeing production operations related to tensile shade structures, steel and aluminium fabrication, and general construction projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day production activities across multiple ongoing projects, including steel structures and tensile fabrications
• Ensure material issuance only upon verification of client payments and internal approvals
• Plan and manage all aspects of the production process, including fabrication, assembly, welding, and finishing
• Monitor and maintain high standards for quality, timely delivery, and labor efficiency
• Prepare and review necessary documentation such as invoices, material requisitions, and delivery notes
• Collaborate closely with procurement, engineering, and project teams to align production with project requirements
• Maintain accurate production logs, quality inspection records, and inventory reports
• Troubleshoot production issues to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion
• Provide regular updates to management and represent the company during client or consultant site visits

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of structural and fabrication drawings
• Proficiency in ERP software (Odoo, SAP, or Zoho)
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Word
• Familiar with production documentation and invoicing processes
