Job Overview

Farrukh Zia (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager to lead and manage end-to-end production operations for our fashion line. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in the fashion/apparel industry and the ability to manage production timelines efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the complete production cycle from sampling to final delivery

Coordinate with design, merchandising, and stitching teams

Ensure timely order completion and maintain production schedules

Supervise quality control to maintain brand standards

Manage vendors, fabric sourcing, and production planning

Control production costs and reduce wastage

Prepare production reports for management

Requirements

Minimum 4+ years of experience in fashion/apparel production

OR

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile, or related field (with strong industry exposure)

Strong knowledge of garment construction and production workflows

Excellent leadership and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
