Production Manager (Fit-Out Industry)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in fit-out production. The ideal candidate must be capable of understanding technical drawings and managing end-to-end production across multiple departments, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, understand, and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
• Plan, organize, and control production activities across all departments:
• Metal, Joinery, Acrylic, Digital, Paint, Electrical.
• Coordinate with department supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.

• Monitor daily production progress and report delays or issues proactively.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of production.
• Manage manpower, materials, and machines efficiently.
• Troubleshoot production-related problems and provide practical solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered within timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness across all production areas.
• Work closely with project, design, and procurement teams for seamless project execution.Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Manager in the fit-out / interior manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings (AutoCAD-based).
• Experience handling multi-department production environments.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
