We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Production Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out, joinery, and carpentry works. The ideal candidate will oversee the production team, manage workshop and site operations, ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products, and maintain strict compliance with project standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all production activities for fit-out and joinery projects.
- Manage the workshop team, carpenters, painters, CNC operators, and installers.
- Review technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accurate production.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to avoid delays.
- Optimize material usage, manpower allocation, and production efficiency.
- Conduct daily production meetings and provide progress updates to management.
- Ensure all items are produced as per quality standards and client requirements.
- Monitor site installation teams to ensure smooth handover and alignment with drawings.
- Maintain workshop health & safety standards and ensure compliance.
- Manage inventory, track material usage, and request materials in advance.
- Identify operational issues and propose practical solutions.
- Ensure machines and equipment are regularly serviced and maintained.
- Train and mentor production staff to improve skills and productivity.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in interior fit-out and joinery production management.
- Strong understanding of joinery detailing, materials, carpentry methods, and finishing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and shop drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workshop machinery, CNC operations, and production processes.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- UAE experience is an added advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
