With our factory based in Salt Lake City and a reputation for exceptional quality, we’re entering an exciting phase of growth — expanding production capacity, introducing new product lines, and modernizing our operations.

The Opportunity

We’re seeking a hands-on Production Manager to lead day-to-day production, oversee our 40-person manufacturing team, and ensure every piece leaving our factory meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays a key leadership role in scaling our business for the future.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all daily production operations, ensuring schedules, output, and quality goals are met.
• Lead, train, and motivate a growing team of upholstery, frame, sewing, and finishing employees.
• Oversee purchasing, materials flow, and inventory to maintain smooth production.
• Maintain strict quality control — proactively identify and address issues before final inspection.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and cleanliness on the production floor.
• Develop and track weekly production plans and KPIs.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and implement process improvements.
• Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor — guiding, coaching, and solving problems in real time.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of factory or production management experience (furniture or manufacturing preferred).
• Proven track record managing a team of 30+ production employees.
• Conversational Spanish (required).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills — proactive, clear, and consistent.
• Strong organizational and planning ability, with an eye for both detail and efficiency.
• Comfort working in a fast-growing, evolving environment.
• Familiarity with Fishbowl, QuickBooks, or other production software is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
