Production Manager- Garments (Clothing)

Our production facility is geared toward meeting international standards, and we are now looking for a highly experienced professional to lead our manufacturing operations and take our production capabilities to the next level.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior General Manager – Operations who can run the entire denim garment production process from start to finish. The ideal candidate must have deep, hands on knowledge across all departments from cutting, stitching, dyeing, washing, checking, to packaging as well as strong coordination skills with external suppliers such as fabric mills, accessory vendors, printers, label and tag manufacturers.

This is a high level leadership role for someone who can build and manage production lines efficiently while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and optimize the entire production workflow of denim garments.
• Supervise and align all factory departments: cutting, stitching, dyeing, washing, quality control, and packaging.
• Develop efficient production schedules and ensure on time order fulfillment.
• Work closely with fabric mills, accessories suppliers, printing units, and label/tag manufacturers to ensure smooth supply chain coordination.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and drive continuous improvement across all operations.
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure compliance with international production norms.
• Oversee factory workforce planning, cost controls, daily production targets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct regular reporting and performance reviews with upper management.
• Troubleshoot production issues and proactively resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of solid experience in denim garment production, senior management roles.
• Thorough knowledge of all processes involved in denim apparel manufacturing.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead a full production team in a fast paced, export driven environment.
• Experience with production KPIs, workflow optimization, and team management.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Apparel Production, or related field.
• Previous experience working with international buyers and export orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs95,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
