Founded in 2008, EnVogue designs and manufactures trend-driven home décor and lifestyle products for large national retail partners. Our categories include decorative pillows, bedding, tabletop, kitchen textiles, stationery, pet products, and related home and lifestyle offerings. We partner closely with global manufacturing partners and an in-house design team to deliver retailer-specific programs at scale.

Overview

As a Production Manager at EnVogue, you are the strategic architect of our global supply chain. You will lead the end-to-end manufacturing journey, transforming design vision into commercial reality at scale. This role is designed for a high-impact leader who thrives on navigating complex global logistics, optimizing margins, and ensuring our products reach the national stage with uncompromising quality and timing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Production Lifecycle: Own the schedule for assigned product category, ensuring high-volume programs move seamlessly from purchase order to final delivery.
  • Strategic Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with international manufacturing partners to secure capacity, meet deadlines, and troubleshoot global supply chain hurdles.
  • Master Cost Engineering: Drive the costing process by negotiating competitive rates and identifying efficiencies that protect brand margins without sacrificing design integrity.
  • Enforce Quality Excellence: Direct the approval process for all pre-production and top-of-production samples, serving as the final gatekeeper for aesthetic and structural standards.

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in production management, sourcing, or product development within the home, textile, consumer goods, or fashion industries.
  • Solid knowledge of textile construction, manufacturing techniques, and international compliance standards.
  • Strategic Problem-Solver: An innate ability to remain calm and decisive in a high-energy environment, managing complex, multi-million dollar production runs.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; Mandarin fluency is highly preferred for direct, high-level factory engagement but not required.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
