Production Manager (Ice Cream)

Position Title: Production Manager (Ice Cream/Dairy Industry)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

One of the renowned Ice-Cream Brand (Based in Bangladesh) seeking an experienced Production Manager (Ice cream) from Pakistan, to lead ice cream manufacturing operations in Dhaka. The role is responsible for overseeing the full production cycle—ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, product quality, and strict compliance with Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institution (BSTI) and international food safety regulations etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Food Technology.
• 12 to 15 years’ proven experience in food & beverage or FMCG production (ice cream/dairy preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ice cream processing, freezing technology, pasteurization, and packaging.
• Familiarity with BSTI, HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred).
• Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
• Production planning & resource optimization
