Reports To: Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing/ Company Director

Role Summary

The Email Campaign Manager will design, manage, and optimize B2B email campaigns that showcase our product range, engage distributors and contractors, and drive sales leads. This role blends technical content, creative storytelling, and marketing automation to strengthen customer relationships and generate measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns, including product launches, seasonal promotions, customer education, and distributor enablement.
  • Build and manage automated workflows for lead nurturing, onboarding, and re-engagement.
  • Create compelling subject lines, copy, and layouts that make complex technical information accessible and engaging.
  • Punctuality and strict adherence to office timings from 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday). A hardworking and dedicated candidate with the ability to understand the office responsibilities and carry out their daily tasks with a strong commitment will be rewarded.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Ability to draft emails to prospective business partners and emails requesting the distributorship for the products of established foreign companies.
  • Manage subscriber lists: segment audiences, maintain data hygiene, and ensure compliance with privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Service teams to gather content and ensure messaging aligns with business goals.
  • Track performance (open rates, CTRs, conversions, deliverability), and prepare regular reports with recommendations.
  • Test and optimize campaign components (A/B tests for subject lines, design, CTAs).
  • Ensure brand consistency and technical accuracy in all outgoing communications.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar).
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email template editing.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to turn technical content into customer-focused messaging.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive improvements.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in industrial, construction, or building products sector.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, etc.).
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe) to adapt visuals for email campaigns.
  • Knowledge of deliverability best practices and email authentication protocols.
