Social Media Manager

We are seeking a highly creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Content Creation & Management:Develop engaging, high-quality content (graphics, videos, captions, stories, reels) for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
• Community Engagement:Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, and messages.Build strong relationships with the audience and influencers.
• Campaign Execution:Coordinate with the design, content, and marketing teams for campaign assets.
• Analytics & Reporting:Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare monthly reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong skills in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing apps.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media algorithms.
