PR Manager / Media Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Public Relations (PR) Manager Manager / Media Coordinator to manage our organization’s public image, media presence, and communication strategies.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with media, coordinating interviews, managing social media presence, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR campaigns that enhance brand visibility and reputation.
• Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and company announcements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, influencers, and media agencies.
• Coordinate press conferences, interviews, and media events.
• Monitor and analyze media coverage and prepare regular PR reports.
• Manage crisis communication and ensure timely, accurate responses.
• Plan and manage content calendars for media outreach and social media channels.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers for media materials.
• Manage media inquiries and arrange interviews with company spokespeople.
• Assist in creating multimedia content (videos, graphics, stories) for campaigns.
• Ensure all communication materials are aligned with brand identity and values.
• Track and report on media campaign performance and engagement metrics.
• Event marketing and management

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in PR, media coordination, or related roles.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, media monitoring tools, and PR firms.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
