Role summary

The Sales Campaign Manager designs, executes and measures sales-driven marketing campaigns that grow revenue, accelerate distributor adoption, and support the field sales team. This role blends strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, CRM/marketing automation execution, and performance analysis to convert demand into pipeline and closed deals.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and own multi-channel sales campaigns (email, field enablement, distributor promotions, inbound nurture, telesales plays) aligned to product, regional, and seasonal priorities.
  • Coordinate campaign planning with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Service to define goals, target segments, offers, and KPIs.
  • Build and execute campaign workflows in CRM and marketing automation platforms; manage lists, lead scoring, and handoff to sales.
  • Produce campaign assets: sales playbooks, email sequences, distributor toolkits, one-pagers, and in-market promotional materials.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
  • Ability to draft emails to prospective business partners and emails requesting the distributorship for the products of established foreign companies.
  • Track campaign performance (lead generation, conversion, pipeline value, deal velocity, revenue contribution) and produce actionable reports.
  • Run A/B and lift tests to optimize offers, messaging, and channel mix.
  • Manage ROI calculations.
  • Capture and surface customer & distributor feedback for product and commercial teams.

Required qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years experience running B2B or channel sales campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms (Salesforce + Pardot/HubSpot/Marketo or similar).
  • Strong commercial judgement and ability to translate targets into campaign tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to create clear sales enablement materials.
  • Analytical proficiency — comfortable with Excel and campaign reporting to measure ROI.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred skills

  • Experience working with distributor networks, trade channels, or contractor audiences.
  • Familiarity with promotional mechanics and rebate programs.
  • Basic knowledge of digital paid channels and lead attribution models.
  • Project management or campaign planning certification is a plus.
