Production Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out projects, including luxury concepts, commercial spaces, and villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, supervising workers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality fit-out works in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities for interior fit-out projects.
• Supervise and manage carpenters, painters, and other fit-out workers to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure production targets and project timelines are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams for smooth execution.
• Monitor quality of work, especially for luxury interior concepts and high-end finishes.
• Oversee joinery production and installation works.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively based on project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Review drawings and production plans to ensure accurate execution.
• Identify and resolve production issues or delays.
• Maintain production reports, progress tracking, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Production Manager in an interior fit-out company.
• Strong experience in handling luxury interior projects.
• Experience in commercial and villa fit-out projects.
• Hands-on experience managing workers (carpenters, painters, and fit-out teams).
• Good understanding of joinery production and installation processes.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• GCC experience

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
