Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in interior fit-out projects, including luxury concepts, commercial spaces, and villa projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing production activities, supervising workers, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality fit-out works in line with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Supervise and manage carpenters, painters, and other fit-out workers to ensure efficient workflow.
- Ensure production targets and project timelines are met.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and site teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor quality of work, especially for luxury interior concepts and high-end finishes.
- Oversee joinery production and installation works.
- Allocate manpower and resources effectively based on project requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Review drawings and production plans to ensure accurate execution.
- Identify and resolve production issues or delays.
- Maintain production reports, progress tracking, and documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Production Manager in an interior fit-out company.
- Strong experience in handling luxury interior projects.
- Experience in commercial and villa fit-out projects.
- Hands-on experience managing workers (carpenters, painters, and fit-out teams).
- Good understanding of joinery production and installation processes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- GCC experience
