We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations within the modular office furniture and interior solutions environment. The ideal candidate will bring 5-10 years of industry-specific experience with a proven ability to manage production teams, ensure quality standards, and drive process efficiency.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to improve factory efficiency, workflow, and production output.
• Lead and supervise the end-to-end production lifecycle to ensure timely delivery and high-quality performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop factory staff while promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with quality control teams to define and enforce quality assurance processes.
• Ensure all production equipment and machinery are maintained and operating efficiently; coordinate servicing and repairs.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and resolve bottlenecks to optimize productivity.
• Prepare and present production performance reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections of finished goods to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
• Motivate and guide production teams to achieve operational targets and maintain strong performance levels.
• Implement best practices to minimize waste, reduce operational costs, and maximize resource utilization.
• Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and work environment standards across the production floor.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics, and planning teams to support seamless production operations.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, operations, or a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of managerial or supervisory experience in a modular furniture or interior manufacturing setup.
• Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience in production operations, inventory control, and quality management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, material handling, and factory equipment.
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production tracking tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills.
