About Us

We are a well-established and respected joinery and fit-out manufacturing company in Dubai, known for delivering high-quality woodwork, bespoke joinery, and turnkey interior solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Factory Manager to lead our production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day factory operations, production planning, and workflow management.

· Lead and manage production teams, including carpenters, machinists, spray painters, and supervisors.

· Ensure delivery of high-quality joinery products within specified timelines.

· Implement and monitor quality control procedures across all production stages.

· Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and design teams to meet project requirements.

· Optimize production efficiency, resource allocation, and cost control measures.

· Enforce safety regulations, maintenance schedules, and compliance with company policies.

· Drive continuous improvement, lean processes, and operational best practices.

Requirements:

· Minimum 7–10 years of experience in joinery manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

· Strong technical knowledge of joinery, woodworking machinery, and production processes.

· Proven track record of managing factory teams and delivering high-quality output.

· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
