✡️ *Salary :- 18 to 24 LPA*

✡️ *Experience : 15 years solid experience in precision components manufacturing, assembly & testing*

✡️ *Qualification :-Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical/Industrial Production/Automobile)*

📌 *Core Competency Requirements:*

🔆 Thorough knowledge of precision components manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and

testing process.

🔆 Selection of high precision advance machines and establishing state of art manufacturing

centres.

🔆 Industry 4.0, Lean manufacturing concepts

🔆 Production planning and management.

🔆 Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

🔆 Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional team members.

🔆 Thorough knowledge on ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements related to

manufacturing/equipment maintenance and continuous improvement activities like 5S/cycle

time reduction/Quick changer/eliminating waste/operators skill enhancement/developing

vendors/root cause analysis and other.
