Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-level Production Manager to lead, optimize, and scale our production operations. This role requires a strategic and results-driven professional who can drive efficiency, ensure quality, and align production with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end production operations and output planning
• Develop and execute production strategies to support company growth
• Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and cost control
• Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure productivity and performance targets are met
• Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with standards
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and sales for seamless operations
• Manage production teams, supervisors, and workforce planning
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee inventory flow, material planning, and resource utilization
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a senior production or manufacturing role
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Proven track record in improving production efficiency and output
• Experience in planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Preferred Background:

• Experience in mobility equipment, medical devices, or mechanical/electrical assembly
• Engineering or operations management background
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage
