Production Manager - Surgical

B&H Surgical Instruments is looking for an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end manufacturing operations. The role focuses on planning production, managing teams, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely completion of orders while optimizing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control daily production activities
• Develop and monitor production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
• Supervise production supervisors and shop-floor staff
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing procedures
• Coordinate with quality control, dispatch, and warehouse departments
• Monitor raw material usage and reduce production wastage
• Analyze production performance and prepare management reports
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and productivity
• Ensure workplace safety and proper use of machinery and tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing (surgical instruments preferred)
• Strong knowledge of production planning and quality control systems
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to meet targets and handle pressure effectively

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ISO standards and compliance processes
• Knowledge of export-oriented manufacturing operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, production reports)
