Production Manager (UAQ)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily fabrication operations, ensure timely delivery, maintain quality standards, and manage the production team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and supervise steel/metal fabrication activities.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Manage and motivate production staff for efficiency and discipline.
• Monitor material usage, minimize wastage, and ensure proper maintenance of machinery.
• Enforce safety policies and HSE compliance.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in steel fabrication or metal manufacturing, with 3+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques, quality control, and production planning.
