Production Manager (Women’s Fancy Wear)

Alizay Saad Studio is hiring a full-time, on-site Production Manager based in Lahore to oversee the complete production of high-end women’s fancy wear, including formal, semi-formal, festive, and luxury prêt collections.

The Production Manager will ensure smooth, fast, and high-quality production from sampling to final delivery, meeting strict deadlines for orders and upcoming launches. The role includes managing vendors and karigars, sourcing materials, supervising stitching & embellishment teams, and ensuring premium finishing according to Alizay Saad Studio standards.

Responsibilities

-Oversee and manage the entire production cycle — from sample approval to final QC and dispatch

-Ensure fast completion of bulk production and individual orders within deadlines

-Resolve production bottlenecks quickly to avoid delays

-Supervise stitching units, karigars, adda workers, and finishing teams

-Work closely with the design team to prepare launches and new collections on time

-Ensure exceptional quality control at every stage — cutting, stitching, embellishments, embroidery, steaming, packing

-Source and manage vendors for fabrics, laces, patches, crystals, beading, stones, adda work, embroidery, etc.

Qualifications

Required: Prior experience working in production for Pakistani women’s clothing brands

Strong knowledge of embellishments, embroidery techniques, adda work, handwork, crystal/bead work, zardozi, and finishing

Experience handling labor and karigars, including stitching and adda workers

Ability to get production done fast and accurately, without compromising quality

Proven team leadership and time-management skills

Familiar with sustainable and ethical production practices

Excellent communication and coordination skills
