We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our women’s textile fashion clothing brand, specializing in the pret wear category. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire production process, ensuring timely execution of collections with high-quality standards, cost efficiency, and alignment with design concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and manage all production activities for pret wear collections.
• Coordinate with design, sampling, and merchandising teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor fabric sourcing, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control processes.
• Ensure timely deliveries of orders while maintaining brand quality standards.
• Manage vendor relations, production timelines, and capacity planning.
• Lead and supervise production staff to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in production management within the fashion/apparel industry, preferably in pret wear.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production techniques.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
